President

Carlotta Caromani serves as the President for the current year. Born in Brescia in 2003, she obtained a Linguistic Diploma with top marks. During high school, she participated in several exchange programs and volunteered as a Civil Protection Cadet. She is currently in her fourth year of the Integrated Master of Arts in Law at "Luigi Bocconi" University. Moreover, she is currently Supervising Editor for Bocconi Legal Papers (BLP), the law review of the School of Law of Bocconi University and she joined the team of UASI Legal Clinic in December 2024. She is fluent in English (CAE and IELTS Academic - C1) and in French, while also having a good knowledge of German. Her primary areas of interest lie in international law, particularly in the fields of human rights and sustainability.

Virginia Candolini

Vice president

Virginia Candolini serves as the Vice President for the current year. Born in San Daniele del Friuli in 2003, she attended a Humanistic High School with qualification in the German language. From an early age, she has been involved with the Scouts, which allowed her to participate in numerous volunteer activities, fostering a strong sense of solidarity.
She is currently in her third year of the Integrated Master of Arts in Law at "Luigi Bocconi" University. Additionally, she has recently joined the Bocconi Legal Papers (BLP) as an Article Editor, the law review of the School of Law at Bocconi University.
She is fluent in English (CAE and IELTS Academic - C1) and German.
Her primary areas of interest lie in constitutional law and commercial law.

Gabriele Silva

Head of Publications

Gabriele serves as the head of publications for the current year. Born in Brescia in 2003, he attended a Scientific High School, where he was actively involved in the school newspaper and the school's volunteer group. These experiences allowed him to participate in various volunteer activities, developing a strong sense of community and improving his communication and teamwork skills. He has always nurtured a passion for writing, which he continues to cultivate at university by attending creative writing courses during these years.

He is currently in her third year of the Integrated Master of Arts in Law at "Luigi Bocconi" University. He is fluent in English (IELTS Academic - C1). His primary areas of interest include criminal law and commercial law.

Sofia Brogi

Head of Events

Sofia Brogi serves as the Head of Events for the current year. Born in Milan in 2005, she attended a high school for classical studies and is currently in her second year of the Integrated Master of Arts in Law at "Luigi Bocconi" University.
Her primary areas of interest lie in human rights law, humanitarian law, children’s rights and constitutional justice: she explored further several of those topics attending the ‘Migration and Humanitarian Aid’ ISPI course. She completed an apprenticeship experience in a civil law firm in Milan and she’s had different experiences in volunteering and in studying abroad, thanks to which she’s fluent in English, French and Spanish.

Elvira Bonito serves as the Head of Social media for the current year. Born in Naples in 2004, she attended a Classical High School where she was involved in theatre, creative writing and school representation.
She is currently in her third year of the Integrated Master of Arts in Law at "Luigi Bocconi" University.
During these years she has been able to discover different fields of law in which her interest lies: particularly international and criminal law.
She has always been passionate about human rights, solidarity and helping those who need it.
She is fluent in English (IELTS - C1) and has acquired an ICDL certification.
Her hobbies are writing, reading and music. She has also obtained the pre-academic level A piano exam at Conservatorio Martucci in Salerno.
